FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Crandall, Tx. As much as would love to travel, I cannot at the moment. The most I am able to drive out for a session is about 60 miles from my location.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season in which I photograph your session). You can download all the photos from the gallery, share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
For an hour session coverage, you will receive between 30 fully edited images, and between 45 for an hour and a half. I always choose quality rather than quantity, meaning that you will receive the best and more significant photos to tell your story. (In some cases, there will be extra photos available for an additional purchase; however, it is not always guaranteed.)
When do I have to pay?
A non-refundable deposit is required within 48hrs of booking. (If the deposit is not sent, then I will NOT be able to hold your spot.) The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the date of your photoshoot. Your retainer will be 50% of your total balance.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is dependent on the total balance. It will be 50% of the total amount owed and will go towards your initial balance.
How do I pay?
An invoice will be sent to your email that you have provided. It will inlcude different payment methods and instructions.
Am I allowed to reschedule my session?
Rescheduling is permissible, however it must be done at least 3 days in advance. Failure to do so, will result in $10 fee. If the reason for rescheduling is caused by an emergency, the client will not be penalized. If the client is a no show, they will be required to pay the remainding amount owed.
